Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• Kits are usually handed to the courier within 2–3 business days of order confirmation, and within 30 days at the latest.
• Shipping within Turkey is free. The tracking number is sent by email.
• We currently deliver within Turkey only.

Returning your sample

• Send your sample with the prepaid return label in the box; the courier collects from your address.
• In the preservation fluid the sample is stable at room temperature for up to 14 days; we recommend shipping within 3 days of collection.

Returns and withdrawal

• You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused kits. Send your request to info@mdnutriacademy.com.
• Opened kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Withdrawal is not possible for orders whose sample has reached the laboratory and whose analysis has begun.
• Refunds are made to your payment method within 14 days of the kit reaching us.

Damaged or incomplete kit

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us with photos within 7 days of delivery; we will send a replacement free of charge.

Repeat analysis

If the analysis cannot be completed due to insufficient sample or a laboratory issue, a new kit is sent free of charge.
